If you know our business, you know we have busy seasons — long weeks, some weekends, and deadlines that don't move. We plan for it and we're straight with you about it.
Pay
Hard work doesn't go unnoticed here. Pay is set by the role, not by what you earned before, and when busy season asks more of you, that shows up in the bonus.
Licensing and CPE, paid for
CPA, EA, or working toward one. The firm covers it, and keeping current is part of the job rather than a favor. It does take real hours, including some of your own.
