Namu Advisory is not a certified public accounting firm and is not registered as one with any state board of accountancy. We do not perform audits, reviews, compilations or any other attest services. Credentialed professionals on our team, including Certified Public Accountants and Enrolled Agents, provide services through Namu Advisory in a non-attest capacity. If your situation requires an attest engagement, we will tell you and help you find a licensed firm to perform it.

Enrolled Agents on our team are federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Representation before state authorities depends on the state and the matter. Outcomes in any tax controversy or resolution matter depend on your circumstances and on the discretion of the taxing authority. We make no guarantee of any particular result, and we will never promise a specific settlement amount or an outcome in advance.

Financial planning services provided by Namu Advisory are non-investment in nature. Namu Advisory is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or insurance producer. We do not sell securities or insurance products, do not provide investment advice, and do not manage or take custody of client assets. Where investment advice is needed, we work alongside your adviser or refer you to one. The firm’s owner holds a Series 65 qualification. His registration, through Known Wealth LLC, a separate affiliated company, is currently inactive, and the qualification is not held or used by Namu Advisory.

Nothing on this website or provided in the course of our services constitutes legal advice. Estate planning, entity formation and dissolution, and similar matters are performed alongside your attorney, who prepares, reviews and executes the legal documents. We do not practice law.
